I've come to realize the importance of patience and empathy when working with students. Every learner is unique and has their strengths and weaknesses, it's essential to tailor my approach to each individual's needs. I've also learned that effective communication is key. Being able to clearly explain concepts and answer questions in a way that resonates with the student can make a difference. Finally, I've come to appreciate the power of persistence and consistency in achieving academic goals. Overall, tutoring has been a rewarding experience that has taught me valuable skills that I will carry with me into the future.
