I am a Maths and Economics student and whilst at in sixth I sat my A-level maths exam a year early. I have recently had a 2-week internship at TeachFirst and have learned various new and exciting teaching techniques and ideas that I hope to pass on in my sessions.

The structure of my lessons is similar to that in a classroom. Each session will have key objectives, an engaging starter, multiple main activities and a plenary that ties everything together. My sessions will differ from that in the class because they won't be boring. The sessions will relate maths to the real world and show the practical uses of solving problems.
