About Kylie
My passion for mathematics developed from an early interest in logical patterns and problem solving. I pursued an M.Sc in Mathematics, gaining strong theoretical and analytical foundations. Over 11 years of teaching, I have helped students overcome fear and build confidence through clear explanation and encouragement.
I believe mathematics should be taught calmly and flexibly. I adapt my teaching style to suit each learner’s pace and needs, ensuring understanding comes before speed. This helps students gain independence and trust in their abilities.
Outside teaching, I stay connected to mathematics through problem solving and academic reading. Teaching mathematics is deeply rewarding because I see students grow confident and capable. Supporting their progress motivates my work.
