About Freya
I am a Swansea University Mathematics graduate and I achieved a 2:1. I studied Maths, Physics, and Psychology for my A-Levels and this was where I discovered my love for maths. I have previously spent a summer tutoring high school students and am now looking to do so again as I decide on my next steps.

In every lesson I deliver I always try to center it around the individual- no two students are the same. I always aim to build on their current understanding and slowly introduce new topics, growing their knowledge as we go.
I always try, wherever possible, to give real-life applications to any area of maths we’re studying. As often, this is where students struggle with maths, they can’t comprehend the point of what they are doing.
I aim to make my lessons both fun and engaging and really push for the best out of every student. Practicing problems and using formulas in question format is the key to understanding maths, so this will be the main basis of all my lessons.
