About Paula
Hi! I’m Paula, a Mathematics graduate with one year of experience teaching math to students. Alongside mathematics, I study Piano Performance at the Conservatory and Fashion Design, which allows me to combine my analytical side with my creative interests. Next year, I plan to begin a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and Biodata.
I really enjoy working with students and helping them see mathematics from a different perspective. Growing up with a father who was a math teacher also had a big influence on me and on the way I approach teaching. I’m patient, approachable, and always happy to explain something in different ways until it makes sense.

My lessons focus on understanding mathematics in a natural and logical way, rather than simply memorizing formulas. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level and learning style, using examples, questions, and interactive exercises. I like to make lessons dynamic and engaging, almost like a game, while still maintaining mathematical rigor.
As a Mathematics graduate, I can explain concepts from different perspectives until we find the approach that works best for each student. My goal is to help students understand the reasoning behind mathematics, become more confident, and eventually learn how to solve problems independently.
My lessons are suitable for students from ages 10 to 18, and I can help with homework, exam preparation, or simply improving their understanding of mathematics.
