About Madeline
I’m a 24 year old mathematician whose spent the last 15 months living/tutoring in New Zealand. I graduated with my BA in Mathematics from Vassar College in 2022, where I focused on Differential Equations and Applied Math. I spend my free time reading, writing, watching movies (I got my minor in film studies), and listening to a whole lot of music.

My goal is to teach you (or your child) to hate math a little bit less! Also to help you pass your classes and succeed on your exams. I do 1-on-1 hour long sessions, in-person or virtually depending on availability, where each session is tailored to suit a students needs. I can walk through your homework problems, provide test-taking strategies and create personalized practice problems for student target areas. I strive to foster positive relationships with all my students so I can personalize lessons for them and help them see math in a positive light by drawing comparisons to their interests.
