About YAIZA

I am Yaiza, I am 21 years old and I am studying the last year of the degree in mathematics, doing the mention of pure mathematics specialized in geometry and algebra.

I recently finished an internship in the computer service at the University of Cantabria, where I was especially in charge of customer service and helped users solve their computer problems. I have also been in charge of deploying different computer equipment. Here several times having to communicate with different users in English.

I studied first in high school in the United States, and I am accredited with the B2 level of English and I intend to when I finish the course. I am also studying level B1 in German at the EOI.

Also add that I have a driver's license and vehicle disposition.

About the lesson

My English teaching methods are very varied depending on what you want to improve. And everything can be adapted to the different needs of the students. Whenever possible I prepare the classes.

We can have a conversation class to improve oral expression and comprehension, in this case various topics would be chosen to talk about during the class time. Every time the student made a mistake, it would be corrected and the grammar rule or pronunciation would be explained.

If you want to work on written comprehension, in this case, you would look for a suitable text for the student's level, first let him read it to himself, letting him ask vocabulary he does not understand or any questions he may have, and then read it aloud. . Then I would ask him oral questions to make sure he understood it and then he would ask himself questions about the text. You can also do the same thing but with videos or different audios to see the oral compression.

If you want to give grammar or vocabulary, I would explain a grammar rule or vocabulary, then I would do some examples and finally exercises.
