About Elinor
"Clear thinking starts with the scratch of a graphite pencil on clean white paper as we work through complex logic together. Teaching math and economics for 11 years has shown me that students often require a specific explanation at the right moment to make sense of mensuration and algebra. Having guided 250 students, I find that no 2 plans are identical since they reflect the student sitting right in front of me.
I focus on building lasting understanding rather than just preparing for a quick exam fix using skills like calculus and word problems. My approach emphasizes mental math accuracy to ensure foundational mastery before moving toward more abstract concepts."
