About Sarah
I am a Math and Statistics tutor with 5 years experience and am a credentialed (licensed) Math teacher in California. I earned my undergraduate degree in Statistical Science from the University of California Santa Barbara. I have helped many students improve their grades by two letter grades and succeed in classes required for their degree programs.

My teaching method emphasizes a growth mindset approach. That is, every student can improve their math with the correct guidance. I focus on problem-solving sessions which are designed to show what students already know (and give themselves credit for) and where they can improve. This means every session is designed with each specific student in mind.
