My teaching method is directed to the individual pupil's requirements. Whether this be to achieve a certain grade, topic understanding or exam pass. Gaining understanding in any topic/subject is largely about practising examination questions and knowing the reasoning behind them. My examiner experience gives my lessons a much sharper edge as I'm always aware of each course/exam board specification - backed up by constant practice of questions and mark scheme cross-referencing. This method makes sure each and every mark is identified, understood and achieved. My Maths/History/11+/13+ examining experience means I can target precisely any improvement necessary to achieve any desired grade. For example, in Maths I base my classes on focused/structured elements to ensure progress in every pupil. I approach each topic in a logical building block method (as most Maths topics are structured in this way) from basic to complex to secure complete pupil understanding. My methods are known for their clarity by breaking down topics - making Maths simple.
