My teaching method is quit simple and easier. I teach according to index ,it is easier to students to understand the concept linearly. But most of the cases it depends on students understanding capability how student can digest, in that way I teach and after that I take revision and queries session so that student feel free to ask questions a and doubts. After that I take test chapter wise.
