I will usually teach and build from basics. If you are struggling with parts of questions then I would give a hint and let you solve it unless you need more help then I would be happy to show you how to do it. In case you are really struggling I would be more than happy to break down the questions and teach from basic whenever possible. The main objective of the lesson would be able to solve all kinds of exam style questions on the topics by the end of the topic area.
