About Charlene
Hello! My name is Charlene!
I am a fun-loving person, energetic and very passionate about everything that I do! My majors in University is English and Psychology. I've been teaching Sunday School at a local church since I was 15 and I absolutely love it!
Working with children and teenagers is one of my many passions! To me no child should be put in a box!
I'm very responsible and respectful.
I do have the ability to teach English language and grammar, but I flourish in English Literature.
I have my own small photography business, so creativity comes to me naturally!

I believe that literature should be a fun subject. With me lessons in literature aren't about how Shakespeare said it, but why. Every person has a different way of learning. I've taken courses on how to work with different people and their learning styles. No one person is the same.
Is your child ADHD and has trouble focusing? No problem! I know how to work with them! Is your child autistic? No problem! I've worked with autistic people before!
English with me is fun, don't get me wrong, there will be serious times where work will be done, but never to the extent that your child will come home more frustrated than before.
