I have been involved in the IT and Customer support industry for over the better part of 8 years, starting as a
Customer support Executive, moved in Technical service desk ,Data Center Engineer, Team lead, Operations
Manager for Technical Service Desk process, gained experience through ins and outs of client handling.
Currently involved in to Cloud Operations.
Keen to guide students to achieve their life ambitions.

Teaching technique: Make students understand the concepts and technique to solve the problems.
The usual structure of a class would be lesson by lesson with all chapters covered in the text books.
Make students explain the scenarios and solve the problems through practice.
The classes are intended to only students below 8th Classes.
Will teach problems solving methods , exam preparations techniques.
Classes are unique only on weekends.(Saturday, Sunday) : 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
