I am Sanjiva

What I do is...
I try to bring the ancient teachings and practice to modern society. Because these are successful for me and for countless amounts in aeons of time. And these basics are deep rooted within each iindividual bringing them their desired goals in meditation and life.

Meditation is my passion, interest, life.
I devoted my whole life to it.
I am an individual who has been practising meditation for more than 20 years. Tried out so many methods and practices. Sometimes practising 24 hours continues. The maximum length of time continues was 48 hours. Had done fasting for 21 days continuesly. Have practised in many many types of conditions, environments. I have even ordained just to learn the practice to reach the goal of total happiness, peace and liberation.

The ones that stand out are:
*Practiced Mahasi meditation method since 1999.
*Practiced Goinka meditation method
Since 2000.
*Finished learning the entire Pa-Auk Meditation Course.
I have meditated in Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

Have Instructed meditation for groups and individuals since 2004.
Doing Spiritual counseling since 2004
Helped countless people to come out of their difficult situations.

Was practicing meditation in deep forests and forest monasteries in Sri Lanka and Myanmar
It was delightful to practice in caves , simple dwellings, in isolation with all the nature and wild animals around .
It is such a wonderful experience.

Backed up by the knowledge of Psychology, counselling, life coaching, therapy, yoga, Abhidhamma and suttas (doctrine),
I will be able to help and guide you from shallow to depths of meditation , realization and life transformation.
And help reliving stress anxiety and other
Mental and physical difficulties and
Bring peace happiness harmony productivity to day to day life.

I have good english and communication skills. With the required tecnology skills regarding computer and online conduction .And have conducted multiple interviews and programs with groups, individuals and audiences, I was blessed to be in many life-changing for the better situations and in which were a few life-saving situations.

I would like to share and help people as much as possible with the experience gathered thought out the years of hard work and hours on day and night practice.
I work honestly and hard to help to my highest capability. I like working with teams of similar interests or individually.

I will be able to assist you in all meditation-related work, Spiritual - Counseling, As a Therapist, Tutor, Mentor, Life Coach and a Good friend

The income/donations given will go towards helping people and for the charities, I would like to continue.
