About Paul
I graduated with an MFA from Fresno State in 2018 and have been teaching English1 A for Fresno City College since the Fall of 2019. My classes had to transition from a web-supported hybrid-style class to completely online and remote teaching during the shelter-in-place and quarantine orders caused by the worldwide pandemic caused by COVID-19.
I have taught many community college-level and university-level writing classes, as well as tutored writing for undergraduate first-year writers and graduate students culminating projects. So, I have first-hand knowledge and experience teaching students from diverse backgrounds and from a variety of educational settings.

I taught and tutored students to use processes for writing and reading. I have tutored students to write for their doctorate applications, master's degrees, GRE, GED, CBEST, timed writing essays, as well as for class assignments and in-class on-demand writing situations.

Details
I am interested in helping people who struggle with test anxieties or with reading and writing for tests or classes. I am willing to lower my rates for these individuals and those needing tutoring but are not interested in paying high-priced fees for standardized test training.
