I'm a graduate of Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. I have been an in-school and private tutor for 5 years centered around Mathematics but also have used my 30 years of professional music experience to teach bass guitar, guitar, and drums to eager music learners.

I help students develop the skills and strategies they need to become independent, lifelong learners. This includes meeting them where they're at and applying strategies that give them the confidence to find the answer. I'm a proponent in helping disadvantaged black and brown students succeed in the classroom and overcome mental block preventing them from reaching their full potential.
