About Jie

Hello, my name is Jane. I am a Chinese language teacher specializing in self-compassion and mindfulness. With a background in modern psychology and years of teaching experience, I combine mindful practices, gentle guidance, and Chinese cultural wisdom to help learners grow in both language and inner well-being. My approach focuses on creating a safe, calm, and supportive learning space where students can build confidence, cultivate resilience, and connect deeply with themselves while exploring the beauty of the Chinese language.

About the lesson

I am a Chinese language teacher with a passion for self-compassion and mindfulness. In my classes, I blend modern psychology with the gentle wisdom of Chinese traditions, guiding learners to slow down, breathe deeply, and speak to themselves with kindness. Together, we explore mindful language learning as a journey of self-discovery—building inner peace, emotional resilience, and a deeper connection with both the Chinese language and the heart.
