About Maria
I have over 4 years tutoring Japanese. I started self studying so I know where most learners struggle, and can help you to overcome your obstacles. I’ve volunteered at my local Japanese school, and done online tutoring before. I’ve gone through the most common textbooks including genki and tobira.
I also passed the N2 on my first try.

I can help you with your pronunciation and listening goals. My main objective is to get you talking!
I will teach you what the text books cannot teach you. Slang and contractions and how people actually converse in casual settings or even in social networking settings!
I can help you answer your grammar questions and adjust to your level of understanding.
I am very flexible and can go at any pace and difficulty level requested.
