About Crystal
I am a middle school mathematics teacher. I have been teaching for two years. However, I have 10+ years of experience with tutoring in mathematics. I have tutored individuals in various mathematics courses, ranging from elementary math to pre-calculus. I graduated from college with a B.S. in Mathematics, minor in Computer Science.

I am very passionate about education and mathematics. I put forth as much effort to help my students as I expect for them to put forth in trying their best. My ultimate goal is for my students to be able to independently solve problems and be able to explain each step with confidence. Knowing my students' mathematical background and previous knowledge allows me to individualize their learning experience.
