About Shelli
I am a working model, dance professional, dance & wellness instructor, and fitness coach that genuinely enjoys helping students reach their goals whether that be a flat split, choreography retention, or just learning to love their bodies! I am also forever a student of dance and a practicing yogi working on their certification.
I look to create open, effective and respectful lines of communication with students. Lesson plans are tailored to your needs because we all have different body types, goals, lived experiences, learning styles, schedules, and environments that effect how we retain information and, therefore, progress.
My goal is to offer you a safe space and coaching to push you closer to your highest self!

Being on stage or in front if a camera as a performing artist or the average person can be scary for most!

If you're a performing artist, this can bring much added stress to your artistry when it comes to live performances and video shoots.
I believe that dance and movement in general is a superpower waiting to be unlocked by all of us! We all know how to move, but most need to learn how to move effectively in ways that complement our bodies.
That's where I come in!
During our lessons, we'll build confidence by engaging with poses, shapes, and sequences that complement your natural movement quality. I'll give you simple, effective tips and tricks that will keep you from ever having to wonder where to put your hands or if you look silly.
My goal is for you to leave lessons with a little more confidence in your unique style, look, movement, and talent!
