I have served as a professor's aide at the university level and have volunteered to help individual students and student groups after classes. I take immense satisfaction when I know that my help has led to student success. My mastery in accounting has enabled me to help students with their understanding of accounting. I take a holistic approach when it comes to teaching. I care about education, and I understand that each student learns differently. I like to get an understanding of a student's level of understanding with a topic first and then develop a teaching and lesson plan. I welcome feedback and having a reciprocal feedback loop with a student so that I can develop a lesson plan that is best for their educational goals.
