I am a Marine Corps Veteran and a NASM certified personal trainer. I have a wide range of athletic experience and will bring accountability while creating a supportive environment for growth. I love New York sports (Yankees, Jets, Knicks) and also love traveling. I am always available for any questions and to support you with achieving your goals.

About the lesson

I will keep you accountable and will teach and correct form with easy to understand cues. I can train beginner to advanced levels of fitness and will support you all the way to your goals. During an hour session, we will have a prepared plan will go over movement prep, warmup, training, and cool down based on your specific goals.
