About Natalie
Hi, I'm Natalie, Sheffield born and bred I live with my husband, 2 children, 2 dogs and a tortoise because everyone needs a tort in their lives. I am a qualified level 3 personal trainer, with a passion for everything fitness. This started a few years ago when I was overweight, unhappy with my appearance and dreaded clothes shopping. Fast forward to today I am now 60lbs down, I've built my confidence back up and my mission is to now help others do the same. Whether you want to lose weight, or add muscle or both I can help you set goals and reach them, even if you are pushed for time, because let's face it being a mum and running a home is time consuming. It always seems impossible until it's done.
