About Alina

Hi guys, my name is Alina! I am a native Chinese speaker. I have a finance bachelor's degree but have worked in international trade business for 5 years. I am passionate about languages, cross-cultural communication, music, cooking, traveling, and reading novels. I speak English well so I can explain grammatical questions clearly.

I am an easy-going person and like to teach in a relaxed atmosphere. Mandarin is not a difficult language to learn, just think of it as small talk.

大家好，我叫Alina！我是土生土长的中国人。我拥有金融学士学位，但目前在做国际贸易业务工作。我对语言、跨文化交流、音乐、烹饪、旅行和阅读小说充满热情。我英语说得很好，所以我可以清楚地解释语法问题。

我是一个随和的人，喜欢在轻松的氛围中教学。普通话不是一门难学的语言，我们可以把学习中文想象成沟通对话，通过不断的实际运用提升中文水平。

About the lesson

I spent so much time learning the English language in the past decade, so I really know how difficult it is to master a new language and how we can learn it more easily.

Besides, at work, I teach my client Chinese, when I know they are interested in Chinese and Chinese culture, and every time I see them communicate with me using the Chinese words they have mastered, I will be sincerely happy for them. So I would like to take this opportunity to experience the beauty of the language with more friends from different backgrounds who like Chinese together. I will help you as much as I can : )

I will provide the most effective and comfortable teaching method for you according to the language level and learning purposes. During this period, we will discuss different topics, learn Pinyin, practice listening and speaking, correct pronunciation, learn related expressions, understand Chinese culture, and finally be able to truly communicate, work and live in Chinese.
