About Vijay
Hello, I’m an English trainer specialising in helping adults develop the confidence, fluency and precision to communicate at a higher level.
I believe English is more than grammar and vocabulary. It is the ability to express ideas clearly, communicate with confidence and adapt your language to different professional and social situations. My approach is, therefore, tailored, purposeful and focused on the English you genuinely need.
Whether you are looking to communicate more effectively in the workplace, prepare for important conversations, refine your pronunciation, develop your professional vocabulary or become a more natural and articulate English speaker, our lessons will be built around your individual objectives.
I take a calm, professional and encouraging approach to learning. I believe in creating an environment where you can challenge yourself, receive constructive feedback and develop your abilities without feeling self-conscious.
As someone who is fluent in Gujarati and speaks Chinese to HSK 3 level, I have first-hand insight into the process of learning another language. This allows me to appreciate the challenges learners face and the importance of building confidence alongside accuracy.
My background in Law and International Relations has further developed my communication, presentation and critical-thinking abilities.

I will assess your learning style and tailor methodology to suit your style of learning. The intensity of the classes and homework will be suited to your needs and lifestyle. 20min-2 hours lessons. CELTA qualified, Law (LLB) + International Relations (double honours). HSK level 3. 4+ Years ESL experience. Catered to Intermediate/advanced students. Highly motivated Beginners are also welcome.
