About Jessika

I am a 24-year-old Business student at Aalto University of Business. I have studied several languages before (English, Spanish, Swedish, German, Italian and Chinese) and my experience has taught me the best ways to pick up a new language fast. For instance, I made myself fluent in Spanish in less than a year and received a scholarship from the Embassy of Spain in Finland.

My biggest passion is travelling and learning about different languages and cultures. I have travelled 40+ countries. I am eager to give back and share my own language and culture to you, wherever you are in the world!

About the lesson

My online classes can be modified according to your needs, always focusing on teaching you practical language skills you can use in everyday life. I want to make learning effective and fun for you!

My typical lesson includes learning practical everyday phrases and conversation as well as vocabulary around your chosen topic each time. I will also teach you the necessary grammar and writing. Since written and spoken Finnish are very different, I am happy to teach you either one or both.

I have spent many years travelling around in different parts of the world, and I know the difference that knowing the local language can make!
