The most important thing what I'm thinking is focused on student's level.
Basically I have contents for each level so I've decided level of student when I had first class.
And then students selected the topics they are most interested in, talk about them, and learn about grammar and various expressions from these kind of things.
What I think is most important in class is customized training and not losing interest.
I'm a native Korean and have taught students over 5years in Korea.
I lived in Korea over 30years and then I've stayed in Ireland for studying English.
I'm studying in business school here in Perth right at the moment.
