About Ekaterina
I have experience teaching Russian as a foreign language during two years. I am in charge of language teaching as part of pre-service training for German youth volunteers coming to Russia. I run lessons for beginners and intermediate learners. I am a flexible, attentive and enthusiastic teacher. I also speak French and passed the DELF B2 exam recently. I always try to help students to understand materials in a way that facilitates long-term memorisation. I am always happy to give extra homework if my students need to consolidate results.

During the first lesson, we will do a few exercices, evaluate your level, and discuss your goals and expectations. I believe that we learn languages to use them in real life. So my lessons focus on practice and immersive learning as much as possible. Even if you are complete beginner, we will try to get speaking and reading regularly, while also learning grammar and vocabulary. I have experienced many sides to Russia, from the small village to the large cities of Krasnoyarsk and St. Petersburg, and I would also love to share this experience with you. I have learned two languages (English and French) from scratch to a B2 level quickly, so I know the processes involved.
