Hello! I'm a tutor with an eclectic intercultural and interdisciplinary background. My mission is to help students to believe in themselves and their ability to understand new and difficult ideas. For instance, if I'm teaching trigonometry to a fashion-focused teenager, I might draw parallels to Da Vinci's designs and the proportionality in human anatomy. I'll encourage her to imagine creating a maxi skirt using only the measurements of arm length, illustrating the connection between the human body and trigonometry. By linking abstract concepts to concrete, engaging examples, I ensure a deeper understanding.
