About Jack
I am a third year student at the University of Ottawa studying Mathematics and Economics. I love explaining mathematical concepts. I work a lot with functions, trigonometry, linear algebra and calculus. I also can provide economics tutoring (micro/macro). I love helping people and explaining concepts in its simplest terms.

I approach a topic with the basics. For example, before we take a derivative, we need to understand why we are taking the derivative. Learning the 'why' in mathematics can be a very tough thing to wrap your head around. However, when learning the 'why', it is much easier to grasp equations and graphing! Math can be frustrating, but I'm here to help!
