I am patient, flexible and willing to teach my students according to their preferred learning style. I will do a needs based assessment to learn why my students would like to or need to learn English. I am hard working and motivated to gain experience in the ESL teaching field.I would use Ted talks and newspaper broadcasts to get students to learn how to communicate in English and learn about Canadian culture. Lastly, ,task based lessons will be an essential component so students gain experience and learn English in real life environments.
