About Sidharth

I have been playing drums and percussion for 12 years now and have dedicated a lot of time to decode rhythm in its very essence. To achieve this, I put myself through a lot of training, often over 8 hours a day. I was taught using the best books and resources that exist on the subject and have also pursued several dimensions of world rhythm including African, Afro-Cuban and Latin.

I have been teaching since the 12th grade and have taught people of all ages and abilities. This experience has helped me design a flexible curriculum that is custom-made for every student.

About the lesson

I believe everyone has a different learning curve and so pre-made courses and curriculums may not always be helpful. I view teaching not just as a means to an end, but as a process that can be highly rewarding and motivating at every step of the way.

I conduct classes remotely from my home studio. I understand what the student wants to learn and then create personal curriculums and assessments for them using my huge bank of professional resources. I also give worksheets and sheet music that I use in my sessions. Lastly, I create a practice schedule best suited for the student's lifestyle so that they can keep improving consistently.

Fees may be subject to change if the student has specific demands, requires extra hours/follow-up classes, etc. These will be informed beforehand to allow you to make the decision. Fees (online via Zoom) for the different course levels are:

Beginner - ₹750/hr
Intermediate - ₹1000/hr
Advanced - ₹1250/hr
