I like to be a facilitator and mediator instead of the one always pouring in knowledge. I use group works as a method of teaching, i allow learners to reach conclusions of their own before putting in my own opinions or answers. I do this because i feel its easier for learners to recognise their mistakes if they will fully engage with the material. With individual tutoring, it gives me more time to engage with the learner and i ensure that they understand concepts and content better.
