About Anjali
From a young age, I have been fascinated with science and technology. In high school, I loved participating in the annual science fair. This experience led me to win competitions, advance to regionals at 15, and even secure an internship at a technology accelerator. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science at Concordia University and hold a DEC in Sciences from John Abbott College. My academic journey has provided me with a foundation in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL, alongside subjects like calculus, probability and statistics, biology, chemistry, and physics. Beyond technical expertise, I have teaching and mentoring experience. As a STEM Teacher, I introduced young students (ages 7-12) to LEGO robotics, Scratch programming, and game development. Additionally, my industry experience includes internships at Noze and Lockheed Martin, where I worked on microservices, Q&A testing, and model-based systems engineering. These roles sharpened my problem-solving abilities and technical communication skills. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I discovered that my true passion lies in teaching and education. I would be very happy to have the opportunity to be a part of your learning journey.

As someone with A.D.D, I understand firsthand that every student learns differently. I also prioritize creating a warm and supportive learning environment, actively listening and being mindful of their mental well-being. I take a hands-on, project-based approach to my teaching. Together we will focus on building simple projects using the skills you learn in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
