About Andrea

I teach at a university in Rome on a training course for learning-support tutors who work with students with dyslexia and other specific learning difficulties. The course is aimed at educators and professionals in the field, and I lead the modules on the use of artificial intelligence in tutoring. I also teach philosophy and religion, in English, at an American university in Italy.

I am also active in research. I have published two systematic reviews: one on the effectiveness of AI-based interventions for students with learning difficulties (Brain Sciences, 2025), the other on pragmatic language disorders as predictors of psychopathological outcomes in childhood and adolescence.

I hold a bachelor's degree in philosophy and a degree in psychology, with a postgraduate specialisation in developmental psychology. I also studied mathematics and physics at university level in an engineering faculty.

For 15 years I have worked exclusively in one-to-one teaching or with small groups of students at a similar level, always online, in English and Italian. More than 10,000 hours of lessons and hundreds of satisfied students, with every kind of problem and request. I have handled some very difficult situations with excellent results in final school exams. I have also worked with students who had simply lost all interest in studying, university students struggling with their dissertation and, of course, the simpler cases of help with a specific subject or topic ahead of exams, assignments or tests.

I work with secondary school and university students. I try to speak their language, fully understanding how hard studying can be and how important the right attitude and method are. Even more than any personal ability.

In science subjects the problem almost always comes from a step that was missed somewhere along the way, on which everything else was then built. The first lessons are for finding it and catching up. Over the years I have developed my own approaches to trigonometry, calculus and the foundations of physics, which give even the most discouraged students a quick and deep understanding.

I prepare students for school tests and for international exams such as IB, A-level, AP and SAT, as well as for university courses.

There are no boring lessons or subjects impossible to understand, only teachers who don't know how to reach their students.

A volte addirittura solo quella.

Lui andò e bene fu tutto a posto.

In poche lezioni recuperai tutto e andai molto bene.

Leggo sempre, mi tengo informato e continuo a studiare all’università.

    I risultati!
