About Richard
I am basically a retired Nuclear Engineer with three computer science degrees. I have served 20 years in the US Navy on various submarines. Taught at various companies and at 4 colleges.
I have a stellar reputation as a responsible, caring, and effective instructor who has developed and implemented stimulating learning activities. My teaching career encompasses substantial student diversity, including high school, college students and career engineers from different cultural backgrounds. I have instilled in my students respect for the subject and a grasp of the fundamental principles.
