About Shannon
My name is Shannon Gonsalves, and I am an Ontario-certified teacher with qualifications in FMNI studies and General Social Sciences. I have a multifaceted background in Secondary, Adult and Indigenous education and experience teaching the subjects of English, Social Studies, World Religions, Sociology, Media Studies and Guidance and Career courses and ESL. I also have experience tutoring and mentoring students from a variety of age groups. I have a Master of Arts degree in Social Innovation, a Bachelor of Secondary Education, and an Honours Bachelor in Sociology and Geography. In my free time, I love travelling, learning about world cultures, outdoor activities and reading. As your tutor, I will provide my students with ongoing support and valuable resources to reach their educational goals.
