I am a qualified teacher but have spent most of my work life in managing the operations of Cape Town international airport. What I have experienced, is that new employees are often expected to know how to fully use Ms Office packages to do reports, slide shows, excel spreadsheets and data analysis which the training at the various Ms office institutions does not necessarily cater for. Having this hands on experience allows me to guide you through some of these packages to ensure that you be able to confidently deliver on those request in the workplace
