About Elmer
I am a retired Operations Manager, and Manufacturing Engineering Manager with 35 years experience. I have worked in the Automotive, and various other sorts of Manufacturing industries. Mathematics, accounting, and statistics were the foundation that we used to manage our successful operations. I have mentored numerous other individuals that have gone on to become managers and leaders in current industrial positions.

I try to make the lessons come to life so that the various formulas are enjoyable. I do not just throw out the formulas and provide the steps to the conclusion; I explain them.
