About Harriet
I have recently completed a Masters in Law at the City Law School on a full scholarship. As an undergraduate, I studied Modern Languages (French and Italian) at Oxford University on an academic scholarship, specialising in modern European literature. I love analysing literature and delving into the different techniques used by authors to create different effects. I have been tutoring Modern Languages, English and Law since September 2020 and previously taught advocacy at the City Law School.

I tailor all my lessons to the needs and interests of the specific student. Unless the student has requested a particular topic, the first lesson usually entails going through exam-style questions with the student to gauge their current level. I then plan future lesson based on the areas in which the student needs to improve. Each topic is broken down into sections with exercises at the end of each section to ensure that the student is able to apply what they have just learnt.
