About Amogh
I am engineer with a little more than 2 years of experience. I have mostly worked on building intelligent algorithms to process and understand natural languages. The algorithms I work on are mostly statistical and are heavily dependant on mathematics. So I have a very strong hold on mathematics and computer science. I spend most of my free time studying Physics. I like to combine two interests of my life, computer science and physics, and work on the problems which lie in the intersection of both.

I like to mix both vintage blackboard approach and hands-on approach while teaching. I feel the best way to teach a new concept is through analogies. I think the problem with current schooling in India is that a lot emphasis is on 'how' rather than 'why'. The students learn a lot of complex ideas and yet have no clue where they are useful. They tend to feel more motivated to learn when they know why they are learning it and where their learnings can actually be used. I teach mathematics and physics, by shedding some light on their applications. I teach physics and mathematics to 11th and 12th students and programming languages and data science to whoever are genuinely interested.
