About Toto
Yoga is a huge passion for me. I've run so many classes for friends, parents of friends and charities and for people with very specific physical or mental health conditions. I want as many people as possible to feel the benefits of a great yoga class - for mind, body and soul. I do not believe in templated classes or one size fits all. Classes should be bespoke to the individual.

I absolutely love developing classes that are completely bespoke to the individual. Whether you are looking for an energising flow class with sun salutations or a completely relaxed evening restorative yoga session to help with sleep... I get huge satisfaction designing classes that are completely personal to your needs and expectations. This includes of course working with injuries, working in favourite positions, avoiding asanas you don't like and working at a pace that suits you. I also enjoy creating bespoke playlists to go with your session that can be played in the class or downloaded afterwards. I'm also happy to share my classes afterwards so you can do them as self-practice in your own time. The marker of a great class for me is how relaxed, peaceful, content, present and happy you feel afterwards.
