About Pragnya
I’m a student and a passionate educator who recently spent two years teaching English in a government school, far from home. Many of my Grade 7 students struggled to read or write when we began. I brought my love for books into the classroom and helped them connect with stories that reflected their lives and opened windows to the world. Watching them fall in love with reading—and start to believe in their own voice—was the most meaningful part of my journey. I want to continue sharing that joy with more learners, by making literacy feel empowering, not intimidating.

I work with school children, especially those building foundational English skills. My classes focus on reading and writing through real-life connections, making content relevant, engaging, and fun. At the heart of my approach is comprehension—both of the text and of the world. I design lessons rooted in students' contexts, interests, and needs, keeping them at the center of every decision.
