About Amisha
Hey! I'm a graduate tutor with a real passion for Maths and Science and honestly, I love nothing more than explaining things and watching it all click for someone.
Not every classroom environment works for every person, and understanding that has shaped the kind of tutor I've become, patient, adaptable and genuinely invested in each student's journey.
I'm chilled, caring and approachable, the kind of tutor you can ask "silly" questions without ever feeling judged. I genuinely care about every student I work with, and I'll always go the extra mile to make sure no one gets left behind.
For me, helping a nervous student grow in confidence is everything. With the right support, patience and encouragement, I truly believe every student has what it takes, sometimes they just need someone in their corner to help them see it too.

My passion for tutoring comes from personal experience. I struggled in traditional teacher-led classrooms where the style just didn't work for me. That's why I get it, and that's exactly what drives me to do things differently.
Every student learns differently, so I come prepared with a loose structure but always adapt to what the student needs on the day. I blend step-by-step explanations, visual examples, and interactive questioning to keep things engaging and digestible in every 45-minute session.
My biggest goal? To build confidence and reduce anxiety around Maths and Science. With patience, encouragement, and a personalised approach, every individual can make real progress and actually enjoy the process.
