About Kyla
I received my degree in Mathematical Sciences and have been giving extra Maths lessons to High School students for close to a year now. I love working with learners and find it extremely fulfilling when I see how my learners marks as well as their confidence in their Maths ability improve as we spend more time on their work. I believe each person has great potential and I love discovering that potential with each learner!

My focus area is High School Mathematics. I like to structure and adapt my lessons /sessions according to each student as each person is unique in the way that they learn. I like to go through the content of the work with my students, make sure they have a good basic understanding of the work we are going through and then work through a few questions together. I ensure there are lots of practice questions as practice in Maths is key! My approach in all sessions is to build up confidence in Maths.
