I am PT with more than 10 years of experience.My approach is based on a comprehensive understanding of the body and movement. I combine knowledge of strength training, pilates, rehabilitation, and Animal Flow to create balanced and effective programs that are tailored to each client's individual needs. My goal is to provide a safe, efficient, and motivating workout that not only improves fitness, but also boosts confidence and overall well-being.

My programs are crafted to help you achieve your objectives efficiently and safely.Every program begins with a comprehensive assessment to understand your current fitness level, medical history, and specific goals.
I monitor and control exercise techniques, progress and results. The gym routines are adapted every 3weeks, i will be available every day for any concern.
Online Pilates or stretching classes are live-streamed, lasting 50 minutes. Flow classes or functional training, 45 minutes.You choose the one that suits your taste, need and goal.
