About Isla
I’m a piano teacher with over 14 years of experience and an Advanced Diploma in Piano Performance. My goal is to help students not just play the piano, but truly feel the music. I believe that emotional connection is just as important as technical skill. In my lessons, I focus on building a strong foundation in music theory, technique, and expression. I tailor each session to the student's level and goals, making sure progress feels natural and motivating. Whether you're a beginner or advancing your skills, I guide you with patience and clarity. I love watching students grow into confident, expressive pianists. We explore various styles—from classical to modern—so learning stays fresh and exciting. I also include ear training and sight-reading to support well-rounded development.
