About Dianna
I'm currently studying a Bachelors in Computer Science at the University of Kent having completed a year at Sussex University. I have a particular interest in the underlying mechanisms of how Game Engines work, this has a strong element of applied maths (Mechanics and Discrete Maths) as well as a large amount of theoretical (Algorithm Complexity and Data Structures) and practical programming ( Large Object Oriented projects, as well as Procedural elements).
I have previously worked as a student ambassador for the widening participation team at Sussex University, where I worked with underrepresented groups of students in Secondary and Primary Schools. In this role I gave advice not just about after school, but also practical study skills.

I am a Bsc Computer Science student who's teaching Maths online or around the Canterbury area.
I strongly believe that anyone can excel when they have the passion for their subject, and this is what I aim to impart when teaching. As a tutor I aim to always listen to the student so that I'm continously covering the areas they need in the way that they can best become confident in them.
Some of the best teachers in my life have been the ones who were friendly and always happy to foster a passion of not just the course but their subject and this too I hope to foster in my students.
I have a strong ability in both Mechanics, Discrete Maths and Pure. However I'm also well versed in the Statistics sections of both GCSE and A-Level Maths.
(With Further Maths AS/A Level, I teach both Core Pure modules as well as Further Mechanics 1 and Discrete/Decsion 1)
