About Piper
I am a dedicated violin teacher with nine years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a focus on violin. My teaching blends classical mastery with creative exploration of modern styles, helping students develop both technical skill and artistic expression. I love guiding learners to discover their own musical voice while strengthening foundational techniques.
My lessons focus on bowing, vibrato, phrasing, and musical interpretation, giving students the tools to play with confidence and emotion. I also provide structured support for exam preparation, ensuring that students feel prepared and confident in performance settings. Ensemble coaching is another passion of mine, as I enjoy helping students collaborate, listen, and blend with others.
I adapt each lesson to the student’s goals, whether they are preparing for competitions, exploring modern music, or seeking personal growth through violin. Improvisation, creative exercises, and musical games are incorporated to make learning engaging and inspiring.
